Dear Philly,
Where's good places to go in walking distance from city hall during happy hour on Thursdays? The only place I can think of is that bar across from reading terminal (some sports bar). Someplace where the booze is cheap and the music is good since I sold my soul to the devil for college.

A friend and myself are planning on going somewhere downtown on Saturday that isn't a pub or strictly a club. We were thinking the Blue Martini but neither of much know much about it and I've heard it's not worth the cover charge.
Anyone have any suggestions of a good place where people don't dance on the bar?
